Sugar-Free Oat Cookies

I absolutely love these oat cookies! They are so easy to make, and you can change up the ingredients depending on the consistency you want. If you don’t want to use eggs, you could simply replace them with three ripe bananas. For those of you who LOVE chocolate, you could also replace the dried fruit with some dark chocolate chips.
